Since 2017 PROMTECH Group and Waagner-Biro AG are taking part in the development of Lakhta Center that is going to be the northernmost skyscraper in the World and the highest building in Russia and Europe.

PROMTECH Group has performed the following scope of services:

- management and technical audit of facade/steel contractor and correlated subcontractors;

- optimizing program for project management, design and construction works;

- expertise of construction documentation and following recommendations for compliance with Russian codes;

- technical support/consulting for ongoing design works and delivery of unique steelwork and facade;
