In 2018, the PROMTECH Group has successfully completed the project at the Grand Line plant in Kaluga region of Russia (Industrial Park “Vorsino”).

“Metalist” plant manufactures products of Grand Line brand - a leading manufacturer of roofing and facade materials (metal tile sheets, profiled sheeting, siding, drainage systems, etc.). Grand Line currently has 5 plants in the central part of Russia with 2 more plants coming, which are in the commissioning stage right now. The total capacity of the company plants is 200 thousand tons per year. In terms of total production volumes Grand Line takes the 2^nd place in Russia. The plant on the territory of the Industrial Park "Vorsino" produces drainage systems and fences of metal bars and profiles.

In this project, PROMTECH Group has provided consulting services at all stages and supported the delivery of equipment from AICHELIN Ges.m.b.H (Austria). This manufacturer is a leader in the production technology of heat treatment lines for metal products, including systems for cleaning and drying of metallic parts, shielding gas generators and automation systems.

Within this project, PROMTECH group has also adapted and developed technical and operational documentation for two heat treatment lines with conveyor furnaces, and also prepared all the necessary approval documentation for commissioning and start-up of the equipment. We have also carried out quality control at manufacturer‘s and its vendors. Compliance of equipment with current technical regulations of the Customs Union was confirmed by EAC certification, which included preparation of technical passports and safety justifications. Rich experience of PROMTECH Group in supply of technological equipment, as well as unique comprehensive approach, has allowed to complete the project in the shortest time possible and significantly reduce the costs for documentation.
